A beautifully preserved original EMS Synthi AKS is in excellent cosmetic condition and perfect working order and is complete with original patch pins and manuals. This iconic portable analogue synth & sequencer from Electronic Music Studios (EMS) is one of the most sought-after and musically inspiring synths of the 20th century - and this is one of the cleanest we've seen.
It has just returned from a full service and calibration by our trusted EMS specialist and is performing perfectly and is ready to integrate into your studio, living room, or man/person-cave collection.
This particular example has clearly led a very sheltered life - the front panel is in exceptional condition with barely any visible signs of use, which is very unusual for an instrument of this age. The original KS section plastic cover had a couple of minor cracks and has been expertly repaired and reinforced during servicing. All other controls and functions are working as they should.
