2008 GIBSON LES PAUL CUSTOM '68 CHERRY Mint/Unplayed

2008 GIBSON LES PAUL CUSTOM '68 CHERRY Mint/Unplayed

Stunning unused 2008 Custom Shop Les Paul '68 in cherry - in Gibson Custom case with all tags/candy etc.

Rare opportunity to buy an unplayed/'new' 2008 Les Paul.

Commission sale for a customer. Unused - may need set-up/service. Please enquire for further details/photos.

Note that while this guitar is unplayed, it is not the same as one box fresh from the store/factory - you would describe it as "near mint" rather than "mint". It has been stored by the owner since he bought it and over that time some of the metal components have suffered mild oxidation. Apart from the strings (which you would not expect to look like they are fresh out of packet) the flaw that you need to note is that the surfaces of the pick ups are not perfect due to this oxidation. This is not the easiest thing to photograph - please look at the last three images to see how it is only visible at certain angles. (Also please note however that the "mark" visible on the bridge pick up in the third image is just a reflection of the photographer's knuckle.)
