Re-badged Keio Mini-Pops MP-7 for sale in excellent condition and working order.
Vintage Japanese beatbox in excellent condition, with a few scratches and scuffs to the face and case, but nothing major.
Serviced and working well.
*Keio is the forerunner of the mighty Korg empire and the Mini Pops is the iconic and unique-sounding analogue beat box famously-used by Jean-Michel Jarre on his Oxygene album. They may seem simple but they just have "that sound" and we have a real soft spot for them and always have one in the studio. Standard preset rhythms can be modified by simultaneously pressing combinations of buttons. The "Quijada" sound is instantly-recognisable and unique to the Mini Pops.

- It is a 100v Japanese model and will run fine on North American mains 115/120v without a transformer (we run all our tests using 120v power); however, a step-down transformer is recommended for extended use.
- A step-down transformer is required in the UK/EU.
- We do not recommend using cheap generic Chinese mains transformers and can supply a high quality UK-made unit if required.
