Offered for sale is this British-made Watkins Clubman vintage guitar amp in reasonable cosmetic condition and superb working order (see photos below).
No valves here, just dirty transistors - these are great amps to abuse and push into distortion: it's 1976 all over again.
Has just had an extensive service/rebuild and is working perfectly.
Why go to all the trouble for an old transistor practice amp? Because it's a lot of fun and very useful in the studio. Don't be fooled by its timid looks - push it hard and mic it up and hear it growl.
From our studio collection: a great recording amp that breaks up in raucous fashion.
This is a UK 240v mains-powered model and will require a step-up transformer for operation in countries with 110-117v mains supplies. The UK plug will be removed prior to shipping to countries with 240v mains supplies, unless otherwise requested.
